1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your business name.

Payment information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers. We store your Stripe account ID to facilitate payouts.

Project data: We store project information, scope items, files, invoices, and messages that you create through the platform.

Client information:When a freelancer creates a project, they provide their client's name and email. Clients can post messages with a display name.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the Delivra platform
  • To process payments through Stripe Connect
  • To send transactional emails (invoices, payment confirmations)
  • To generate signed download URLs for file delivery
  • To display project information on client portals

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Supabase with row-level security (RLS) policies ensuring users can only access their own data. Files are stored in encrypted cloud storage with time-limited signed URLs for downloads.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Stripe: Payment processing and freelancer payouts. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Supabase: Database and file storage infrastructure.

5. Cookies and Tracking

Delivra uses only essential cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or any third-party advertising technologies.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data via the "Download my data" feature
  • Delete your account and all associated data
  • Update your profile information at any time

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all projects, files, invoices, and messages are permanently deleted.
