Delivra provides a platform for freelancers to manage client projects, deliver files, and collect payments. By using Delivra, you agree to these terms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Freelancer accounts require Stripe Connect to process payments.
Freelancers can share project portals with clients via unique URLs. Client portals do not require authentication. Clients can view scope, download unlocked files, pay invoices, and send messages.
Files uploaded to Delivra may be gated behind invoice payment. Files linked to an unpaid invoice cannot be downloaded by clients. Once the associated invoice is paid, files unlock automatically.
Maximum file size is 100MB per file. Downloads are served via time-limited signed URLs.
Freelancers define project scope through scope items. Once a scope is locked (manually or upon first payment), original scope items cannot be edited or deleted. New items added after locking are marked as change orders.
Messages sent through Delivra are stored on our servers. Message content is sanitised to prevent injection attacks. Messages have a 5,000 character limit. Clients post messages without authentication using a display name.
You may delete your account at any time. Deletion permanently removes all your projects, files, invoices, messages, and profile data. This action cannot be undone.
Delivra is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not responsible for disputes between freelancers and clients, failed payments due to Stripe issues, or lost files. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid to Delivra.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Delivra after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
